**ATTENTION PATIENTS**
Due to inclement weather and to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and physicians, all appointments scheduled at our Greenville, Plano and Fort Worth office locations on Monday, February 15, 2021 through Friday, February 19, 2021 will be done by TELEMEDICINE only.
All TMS and Spravato appointments scheduled for Monday, February 15, 2021 are CANCELLED. Appointments scheduled for Tuesday-Friday will be evaluated day-to-day pending the weather conditions.
Our staff will be contacting everyone by phone to collect your copays for your appointments.
