SPRAVATO™ cannot be purchased at a pharmacy. To support the safe and appropriate use of SPRAVATO™, it is given at certified SPRAVATO™ treatment centers. This could be a different location than your regular doctor’s office. Your first visit will be a consultation to discuss the details with a healthcare professional at the certified SPRAVATO™ treatment center. If they recommend SPRAVATO™, your doctor will discuss the risks of misuse, abuse, sedation and dissociation with you and enroll you in the SPRAVATO™ Risk Evaluation Mitigation Strategy (REMS) Program.
